Can I get a refund?

Grazy Dayz does not issue refunds on our grazing tables. We will only provide a refund on your 50% deposit if we cannot fulfil your booking.

Update: Due to recent developments with COVID-19, we are temporarily suspending our standard policy on refunds. If you need to cancel your booking, we require 14 days days notice in order to issue a full refund. You are able to move your booking to a later date subject to our availability. 

Is a prepayment required?

An enquiry is not considered a booking until we receive a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining balance should be paid in full 14 days prior to the event.

Can I amend my booking?

If there are additional guests to be added or date changes to your booking, these can be fulfilled as long as we are given sufficient notice and have the availability. Please note: Reducing the number of guests after the deposit has been paid is not something we can accommodate.

Do you cater for vegans?

Read our 'About Us' section, this is why we set up Grazy Dayz! We’ve had wonderful feedback on the fact we actually have more than one type of falafel.

Do you clear the leftovers away?

You don't need us! Our tables are displayed on parchment paper and greenery, so you can simply roll it up and dispose of it as you wish.

One of my guests has an allergy, is that OK?

If you or any of your guests have any dietary requirements/allergies please ensure you make us aware at the time of booking. We cannot guarantee that our grazing tables or food is nut free, but we will do our best to accommodate.

What food is included?

Our Grazing Tables are customisable and have a wide variety (Check out the Grazing Tables page for more information) and our Grazing Boxes have a standard set of items. If you have any special requests, please let us know when making your booking or purchase.

Can you provide plates and cutlery?

We provide plates, cutlery, napkins - and any other items you request - to accompany your grazing table at an extra charge. These are listed under 'Extras' on our Grazing Tables page.

Do you charge for travel?

Grazy Dayz is an Essex based company, and we service local and surrounding areas (inc. London). Our grazing tables are free delivery, but our grazing boxes have a £5.00 delivery charge.
Note: Travel costs outside of these areas are worked out based on mileage from our home base.

Do you need parking access?

Onsite parking is required in order for us to unload and prepare your grazing table. If there is limited or no parking onsite, please let us know upon booking so that we can make suitable arrangements.

Do you have menus?

Here at Grazy Dayz, we like to work on a personable and customisable basis with our clients to cater specifically for those attending. We do have a standard list to accompany our 'Tiers' - Just drop us a message and we can send you our thoughts, ideas and inspiration!

How long does it take to set up?

We will need between 1-3 hours to set up your grazing table, dependant on the area and size.

How long will my grazing table last?

From the time of set up, you have 4 hours (that’s 240 minutes and 14,400 seconds incase you were counting) to graze that dayz. That's when we believe the food is at its freshest.

How will my guests eat?

Most people snack and graze with their hands, but if your guests prefer a plate, Grazy Dayz can provide plates, knives, forks and napkins to suit your event at an extra cost - just ask!

Will my Grazy Dayz Grazing Table make it to the 'gram?

We would love to use your selfies, pictures and our own (which we'll take at set up) across our social media platform and webpage. If prefer for these images not to be publicised please let us know.
